Oh jeez. My birthday is quite a ways away (1 October) but if you all want to pool yr money together & get me one of these, that'd be sweet, real sweet.

These are coming to Chicago for a limited run in May. There's going to be at least one day, the 23rd, when they'll be showing them all in sequence. I don't know about you but I'm packing a lunch.

Bike riding weather, finally. That is, for people like me who are wimpy & only ride when it's dry & not so cold. I feel like I have an excuse since I have a fixed-gear & it makes me nervous to ride when it's wet. Whatever. I saw the newer version of my bike a few weeks ago. Now it comes in grey. I'm jealous like you wouldn't believe. Last night's bowling yielded a 147 & a 151 with 10 or so strikes. There's something about the Fireside.

Haven't been spending as much time on the ol' internet recently. Maybe tomorrow. I have a "day off" although I'm sure that I have very important things to do, other than read magazines. My addiction to them just keeps getting worse. The other day I bought my first issue of Aperture, only to drop it in the toilet at school (the toilet was empty). In completely unrelated news, I'm getting a new boy kitten from a friend next week. He's gray & his name is going to be Sneaky Pete. More later.
